My name’s Mark Bain, and I’m a WordPress designer and developer, originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, but living nearย Barcelona, Spain sinceย 2003.
I have been designing, building, optimising and maintaining high-specification custom WordPress websites since 2012.
From wireframing and mood-boarding, through designing beautiful, fully-responsive sites, to coding custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch, I am a one-stop solution to help you meet your specific business goals through your website.
I regularly build custom WordPress plugins for clients to bring additional functionality to their sites.
Although most of my plugin work has been on client projects, I have also created two free open-source WordPress plugins which are available to download and install via the official WordPress Plugin Directory.
While my main focus is building bespoke WordPress sites, I am also experienced at working with third-party themes, such as Divi. I can build complex layouts using page builder tools, but, when required, I am happy to create a child theme to safely add more advanced customisation.
